Appointments & Booking

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please provide accurate contact information when booking so that appointment confirmations and reminders can be sent to you.

A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless otherwise stated or a cancellation/no-show policy applies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted Jenni Leanne Aesthetics, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require payment in advance.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time in order to avoid delaying the next client.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. A late cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits & Payments

Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service and are non-refundable when the appointment is cancelled outside of the cancellation policy.

Payment is due at the time of service. Jenni Leanne Aesthetics accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Service Results

Every person's skin is different, and results vary based on skin type, condition, lifestyle, home care, medications, hormones, and other individual factors.

While I will always provide professional recommendations and perform treatments according to your individual needs, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some treatments may require a series of appointments and consistent home care to achieve desired results.

Skin Health & Treatment Safety

Your safety is my priority. Please disclose all relevant information during your consultation, including:

• Current medications and supplements
• Allergies or sensitivities
• Medical or skin conditions
• Recent cosmetic procedures
• Prescription skincare products
• Recent waxing, laser, chemical peels, injectables, or other treatments
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding, when applicable
• Any changes to your health or medications

Certain conditions, medications, or recent treatments may require postponing or modifying a service.

Jenni Leanne Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment when it is determined that doing so is in the client's best interest.

Skincare & Home Care

Following your recommended home-care routine is an important part of maintaining your results.

If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction following a treatment, please contact Jenni Leanne Aesthetics as soon as possible. If you experience a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.

Refund Policy

Services that have already been performed are non-refundable.

Retail skincare products may only be returned or exchanged when permitted by the product manufacturer and/or Jenni Leanne Aesthetics' current return policy.

Because skincare results can vary from person to person, purchasing a product does not guarantee a particular result.

Personal Belongings

Please leave valuable or unnecessary personal belongings at home. Jenni Leanne Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Social Media

With your permission, photographs may be taken before, during, or after your treatment for treatment documentation.

Your photographs will not be used for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes without your consent.

Privacy

Your personal information and treatment history will be handled with care and used for purposes related to your appointments, services, communication, and client records.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through website forms unless specifically requested.

Client Respect

Jenni Leanne Aesthetics is committed to providing a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment for every client.

Disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Policy Changes

Jenni Leanne Aesthetics reserves the right to update these policies as needed. The most current version will be available on this website.
